目的:了解某企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度。方法:按照国家有关标准的要求,对该企业进行工作场所职业病危害因素识别和卫生检测,并对其危害因素及其现状进行分析。结果:粉尘检测8个点次,达标率100%;毒物三苯检测6个点次,达标率为100%;锰检测1个点次,达标率100%;铅检测1个点次,PC-STEL超标1个点次;噪声检测16个点次,超标6个点次,超标率达37.5%。结论:该企业生产工艺过程中铅及噪声存在严重的职业病危害因素,应加强卫生监督。
Objective: To understand the hazards of occupational diseases and their harmfulness existing in the production process of an enterprise. Methods: In accordance with the requirements of relevant national standards, the enterprise was identified and sanitized for occupational hazards in the workplace, and its harmful factors and status quo were analyzed. Results: The dust was detected 8 times and the compliance rate was 100%. The poisonous triphenylbenzene was detected 6 times, and the compliance rate was 100%. The detection rate of manganese was 1 point and the compliance rate was 100% STEL exceeded 1 point times; noise detection 16 points, exceeding 6 points, exceeding the rate of 37.5%. Conclusion: There are serious occupational hazards in lead and noise in the production process of the enterprise, and health supervision should be strengthened.
