亚洲建筑师协会第14届理事会于1993年9月20日在香港希尔顿酒店举行,15个会员均派员出席。中国建筑学会副理事长许溶烈、秘书长张祖刚作为正式代表出席了理事会。许副理事长在理事会上着重介绍了中国建筑学会的四项工作成果:(1)努力争取到1999年在北京举办UIA第20届世界建筑师大会和第21届代表大会的资格,希望继续得到亚洲建协务会员学会的大力支持;(2)召开了“建筑师职业的未来”国际研讨
The 14th Council of the Asian Institute of Architects was held at the Hilton Hotel in Hong Kong on September 20, 1993. All 15 members were present. Xu Ronglie, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Architectural Society, and Zhang Zugang, the Secretary-General, attended the council as official representatives. Xu Xu, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors introduced the four achievements of the China Institute of Architects to the Council: (1) He endeavored to win the qualification of UIA 20th World Architects Congress and 21st Congress in Beijing in 1999, hoping to continue Gained strong support from the Asia Society for the Construction of Affiliated Members; (2) Held an international seminar on the future of the profession of architects.
