本文用TOPCON视网膜眼底照象机、拍摄62例101眼正常人的眼底照片,用测微计及求积仪测量了杯盘纵、横径、面积及视神经视网膜缘面积的平均值现报告如下: 视盘纵径平均值为1.984±0.280毫米视盘横径平均值为1.818±0.277毫米视杯纵径平均值为0.758±0.233毫米视杯横径平均值为0.754±0.225毫米视盘面积平均值为3.865±1.278平方毫米视杯面积平均值为0.814±0.480平方毫米视神经视网膜缘面积(CA/DA)的平均值为0.209±0.083 视杯面积—视神经视网膜缘面积(CA/NRA)的平均值为0.279±0.149Optic disk(vertical)averageOptic disk(horizontal)averageOptic cup(V.)averageOptic cup(H.)averageOptic disk area(DC) averageOptic cup area(CA)averageNeuroretinal rim area(NRA)average 并计算了杯盘纵、横径及面积、视神经视网膜缘面积的比值,指出视杯面积(CA)/视神经视网膜缘面积(NRA)的比值更能较精确的说明受损伤与未受损伤的比值。目前国内对杯盘面积及视神经视网膜缘面积的测量尚未见报导,它对早期青光眼的诊断价值、还有待于进一步的研究。
