路桥是各专业中较为热门的专业,是我国高速铁路建设与城市现代化建设技术的重要支撑。理论上来说,有此专业理论知识的学生在就业形势上理前景光明。但从近几年的路桥专业毕业生就业情况来看,其就业情况不容乐观。一方面,学生就业质量普遍较差;另一方面,达到社会要求的人才缺乏,这种矛盾使以就业为导向的教学模式受到重视。本文探究路桥专业学生就业能力的教学现状及问题解决方案。
Luqiao is a hot topic in various professions and is an important support for the construction of high-speed railway and urban modernization in our country. Theoretically speaking, students with this theoretical knowledge have bright prospects in the employment situation. However, in recent years, the employment of road and bridge graduates, the employment situation is not optimistic. On the one hand, the quality of students’ employment is generally poor; on the other hand, the shortage of qualified personnel to meet the social requirements places emphasis on the employment-oriented teaching model. This article explores the status quo and solutions to the problem of employment of road and bridge major students.
