概述了Ｂ．ｔ．制剂标准化方法的发展历程，并对其毒素蛋白含量测定方法如免疫测定法、ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ－ＴＬＣ及洗脱比色法进行了介绍，对ＨＰＬＣ、ＨＰＣＥ的应用前景也进行了预测，并对Ｂ．ｔ．制剂标准化所面临的几个问题进行了探讨。
