我国食品药品安全问题频发，城乡食品药品风险监测存在发展障碍。通过构建和完善食药各环节信息数据库，完善城乡电子信息化监管网络；确立以“以人为本、创新可持续”的治理理念；实现“生产规范、检测平台和风险控制”三位一体的总体控制思路和目标；提高监管从业人员的素质；加强信息收集，延伸监管触角；提高监管法律标准，加强检验检测评价工作，城乡食品药品风险才会降到最低点。“,”In China food and drug safety problems occur frequently and there are bar iers to the development of urban and rural food and drug risk monitoring.Urban and rural food and drug risk wil be reduced to the lowest point,through the construction and improvement of information databases of food and medicine during each step,improvement of urban and rural electronic information of regulatory network,establishment of a “people-oriented,sustainable innovation”management concept,realization of “production specifications,test platform and risk control” trinity's overal control ideas and goals, improving the quality of professional regulatory staf ,strengthening information col ection and extending regulatory reach,improving supervision legal standards and strengthening the examination and evaluation.
