小檗胺(berbamine,Berb)由中国科学院林业土壤研究所提供,纯度为95%以上,是小檗科小檗属植物中的一种双苄基异喹啉生物碱。研究证明它有降压、升白细胞、抗心肌缺血和抗心律失常等药理作用。近年发现粉防己碱为一种钙通道阻断剂。小檗胺同粉防己碱结构相似,是否也可能具有与粉防己碱相似的作用。本文主要观察小檗胺对离体豚鼠心房肌的收缩性,兴奋性,自律性和不应期的影响。
Berbamine (Berbamine, Berb) is provided by the Institute of Forestry and Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences with a purity of over 95%. It is a kind of dibenzyl isoquinoline alkaloid in Berberidaceae Berberis. Studies have shown that it has antihypertensive, leukocyte, anti-myocardial ischemia and anti-arrhythmia and other pharmacological effects. In recent years, tetrandrine as a calcium channel blocker. Berberine is similar in structure to tetrandrine and may also have similar effects as tetrandrine. This article mainly observed berbamine on isolated guinea pig atrial contraction, excitability, self-discipline and refractory period.
