武宁县城位于江西省北部,是个一万人口的山区城镇。由于修河下游兴建大型水利枢纽工程,原址将被水库淹没,因此要迁建至新址。新址为带状台地,大部分是荒坡,只有少量低产农田。当地仅有一百多农业人口,经过两年多的建设,已经初步形成了一个有两千多人的居民点,今后将成为全县的政治、经济、文化中心。本文拟从新城规划设计的经验教训出发,就小型县镇规划的几个问题作如下探讨,希予指正。
Wuning County is located in the north of Jiangxi Province and is a mountainous town with a population of 10,000. Due to the construction of a large-scale water control project on the lower reaches of Xiuhe River, the original site will be submerged by the reservoir and it will be relocated to a new site. The new site is a banded platform, most of which are barren slopes with only a few low-yield fields. There are only more than 100 agricultural population in the area. After more than two years of construction, a residential area with more than 2,000 people has initially formed and will become the political, economic, and cultural center of the county. This article plans to start from the experience and lessons of the planning and design of the new city, and discusses several issues concerning the planning of small towns as follows.
