有多年广告策划和组织能力的王生来到S市一家较出色的广告公司面见老板,是想求部门主任一职。老板显然被王生游说得心动了,两个多少时过去了,老板还没有送客的意思,最后,老板盛情邀请王生加盟公司。可王生的意思是要做部门主任。看来,老板还是挺满意现在的部门主任的表现,也不是喜新厌旧的老板,对他的要求露出一脸为难的表情。王生笑了说:“老板,你误会我了,我的意思不是想取代现在任何一个部门主任的位置。”老板反而不解了,疑惑地望着他。王生赶紧将自己的想法向老板解释了一番,老板频频点头,当即同意了王生的请求。
