目的探讨新型过氧乙酸溶液对软式内镜消毒效果的临床价值。方法选取48条软式内镜随机分为观察组与对照组,分别接受过氧乙酸和2%戊二醛消毒10 min,比较两组消毒合格率以探讨过氧乙酸消毒有效性;随机抽取软式内镜116条次随机分为4组,分别接受3、5、10、30 min过氧乙酸消毒,比较4组消毒合格率,探讨过氧乙酸消毒时效性;对过氧乙酸溶液在使用过程中重复进行浓度测定,评估过氧乙酸使用的可持续性。结果新型过氧乙酸的消毒效果明显优于2%戊二醛,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在时效性的研究中,5、10、30 min组消毒合格率高于3 min组(P<0.05),消毒30 min软式内镜不再检出菌落;在每个检测周期第3天,过氧乙酸的有效浓度均达2000 ppm;在后续使用过程中,过氧乙酸的有效浓度呈逐渐下降趋势;在浸泡消毒内镜数较多的情况下,过氧乙酸有效浓度下降较快。结论在软式内镜的消毒中,新型过氧乙酸能够达到快速高效的消毒效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of new peracetic acid solution in disinfection of soft endoscopy. Methods Forty-eight soft endoscopes were randomly divided into observation group and control group, which were respectively treated with peracetic acid and 2% glutaraldehyde for 10 min. The disinfection pass rate of the two groups was compared to investigate the effectiveness of peracetic acid disinfection. 116 types of endoscopy were randomly divided into 4 groups, respectively, 3,5,10,30 min peracetic acid disinfection, disinfection pass rate of four groups were compared to explore the peracetic acid disinfection timeliness; Peracetic acid solution in use process Repeated concentrations were measured to assess the sustainability of peracetic acid use. Results The disinfection effect of the new peracetic acid was significantly better than that of 2% glutaraldehyde (P <0.05). In the time-effectiveness study, the disinfection pass rate of the 5,10,30 min group was higher than that of the 3 min group (P <0.05). After disinfection for 30 min, the colony was no longer detected by soft endoscopy. At the third day of each cycle, the effective concentration of peracetic acid reached 2000 ppm. In the subsequent use, peracetic acid was effective The concentration decreased gradually. In the case of more endoscopic disinfection, the effective concentration of peracetic acid decreased rapidly. Conclusion In soft endoscopy disinfection, the new peracetic acid can achieve rapid and efficient disinfection.
