高渗性非酮症性糖尿病昏迷在我国1973年开始报道,此系急症,并非罕见。但此病迄今未为多数医务工作者所熟识,而易忽略、误诊。死亡率可达40～70%。我们曾迂一例,由于认识不足及延误诊断,未能正确处理。在治疗过程中发生脑水肿,幸经抢救恢复。现报告讨论如下,希能吸取经验教 Hyperosmolar non-ketotic diabetic coma was reported in China in 1973, this emergency department is not uncommon.
