本文对钢管旋转电弧焊工艺作了初步探讨,研究了焊接主要参数间的影响。研究结果表明:在合理的工艺参数范围内,可以实现小口径低碳钢管的旋弧焊接,经过机械、化学、金相、水压、冻胀及无损探伤检验证明,焊缝性能完全达到焊接有关标准并已应用于油田管道焊接。因此,可以认为旋弧焊是一种比手工焊质量稳定、效率高、消耗低的焊接方法。
This article made a preliminary discussion on the process of steel tube rotary arc welding and studied the influence of the main welding parameters. The results show that the arc welding of small diameter mild steel can be achieved within a reasonable range of process parameters. The mechanical, chemical, metallographic, hydraulic, frost heave and nondestructive tests prove that the performance of the weld fully reaches the value of welding Standard and has been used in oil field pipe welding. Therefore, it can be considered that arc welding is a kind of welding method which has the advantages of stable quality, high efficiency and low consumption compared with manual welding.
