儿童用药剂量计算法通常分为年龄折算法,体重计算法和体表面积计算法。工作临床实际中以体重计算法应用最多。将这3种计算法所得数值比较一下则可看出差别较大。如患儿1岁,体重10kg,身高62cm,使用成人量1.0g 的药物其剂量分别为:折算法:1.0×1/5=0.2g,体重法:10×1/(60)=0.166g,体表法:1.0×(0.45)/(1.7)=0.27g(体表法因所用计算公式不同仍稍有差别)从计算结果可见,体表法最高,体重法最低。根据临床治疗效果看,大多认为以体表法计算更为合适。但由于该法计算麻烦,
