用竞争反应动力学方法研究,3种藻胆蛋白对羟基自由基的清除作用,其中C-藻蓝蛋白(C-PC)和变藻蓝蛋白(APC)从螺旋藻(Spirulina platensis)中提取; R-藻红蛋白(R-PE)从多管藻(Polysiphonia urceolata)中提取;羟基自由基通过脉冲辐解水产生.实验结果表明, 3种藻胆蛋白对羟自由基有强的清除作用;测量得到清除反应速率常数在(2.8~5.6)×10~9L·mol~(-1)·s~(-1)之间。
The scavenging effects of three phycobiliproteins on hydroxyl radicals were studied by competitive kinetics. C-PC and APC were extracted from Spirulina platensis. R-Phycoerythrin (R-PE) is extracted from Polysiphonia urceolata; hydroxyl radicals are generated by pulsed water liberation. The results showed that the three phycobiliproteins had a strong scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals. The removal rate constant was found to be between 2.8 and 5.6 × 10 9 L · mol -1 · s -1 -1).
