自1995年以来,我们采用消痔灵加等量0.5％利多卡因治疗非交通性精索鞘膜积液和睾丸鞘膜积液30例,均取得满意的效果。1一般资料 此30例中,最大年龄64岁,最小年龄2个月,平均年龄32岁。其中非交通性精索鞘膜积液12例,睾丸鞘膜积液18例。病程最长3年,最短1个月。2治疗方法 患者平卧手术台,外生殖器及周围皮肤常规消毒,助手固定鞘膜囊,术者用6号针头局麻阴囊皮肤,穿刺进针于囊内。抽净积液,根据鞘膜囊的大小,注入消痔灵加等量利多卡因2～10ml拔针即可。3 结果 一次治愈26人,占86.6％;二次治愈4人,占13.4％,半年随访未见复发。4 讨论
