杭州汽轮动力集团公司成立于1992年,由汽轮机厂为核心组建而成。1994年11月集团公司被列为全国百户现代企业制度试点单位之一,1995年6月份正式挂牌成立杭州汽轮动力集团有限公司,并被市政府批准为授权国有资产经营的国有独资公司。目前集团公司拥有分、子公司21个,控股公司5个,参股企业6个。公司现代企业制度试点工作遵循了“产权清晰、权责明确、政企分开、管理科学”的标准,以《公司法》及国家有关政策为依据。通过改制、改组、改造和加强企业内部管理来进行转换经营机制、优化资源配置,以促进企业发展,确保国有资产保值、增值,使企业真正成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我约束、自我发展的法人主体和参与国际、国内市场竞争的主体,最终目标就是要发展生产力,壮大企业的实力,追求高的盈利、取得最大的经济效益。在现代企业制度试点工作中,公司在管理方面着重抓了以下几项工作:
