近年来知识经济和知识全球化的发展加快了高等教育大众化,大学生日益严峻的就业问题被提上日程。高职院校在培育专业人才的过程中也要加强学生创新素质,提高就业能力。本文通过分析高职院校目前教育中存在的问题,对构造高职院校学生就业创新体系的建设提出建议。
In recent years, the development of knowledge economy and knowledge globalization has accelerated the popularization of higher education, and the increasingly serious employment problem of college students has been put on the agenda. In the process of cultivating professional talents, higher vocational colleges should also strengthen students’ innovative quality and enhance their employability. This article analyzes the problems existing in the current education in higher vocational colleges and puts forward suggestions on how to construct the employment innovation system for students in higher vocational colleges.
