报告1例以右侧大腿肤色皮下结节为首发表现的原发性皮肤NK/T细胞淋巴瘤,鼻型(PC-ENK/T-NT).患者男,36岁.发现右大腿内侧皮下肿块1个月余.外院诊断“脂肪瘤”,后短期内迅速增大遂就诊.入院后经组织病理和免疫组化检查诊断为PC-ENK/T-NT.病情发展迅速,短期内出现皮下结节破溃、红斑及反复发热等系统症状后转至血液科化疗,现随访中.“,”A case of subcutaneous nodule as initial presentation of primary cutaneous extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma is reported.A 36-year-old man had had a nodule on the right inner thigh for over a month.He was diagnosed with lipoma in other hospital.Recently the nodule grew rapidly in size.Our histopathological and immunopathological examinations supported the diagnosis of primary cutaneous extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma-nasal type.Disease progressed rapidly and shortly afterward ulceration of subcutaneous nodule,erythema,fever and other systemic symptoms developed.The patient was transferred to hematology department and given chemotherapy.The patient is currently under follow-up.
