对于如何实现世界和平,古往今来,中外圣人先哲及政治家都尝试提出不同的解决办法。作为我国改革开放总设计师的邓小平同志对于如何消除战争、实现和提出独到见解:以发展实现和平。邓小平提出在不会爆发世界大战的前提下,要利用有利的国际环境尽可能发展经济,增强实力,从而最终实现用和平力量压倒战争力量来取得世界和平的一种终结和平观。这为我国及其它发展中国家推动世界和平的早日实现树立起一杆旗帜。
For the sake of how to achieve world peace, throughout the ages, sages and statesmen both at home and abroad have tried to come up with different solutions. As Deng Xiaoping, chief architect of China’s reform and opening up, Comrade Deng Xiaoping realized and presented unique insights on how to eliminate the war: to achieve peace through development. Deng Xiaoping proposed that under the premise of not wreaking world war, it is necessary to use the favorable international environment to develop economy and enhance its strength as much as possible so as to eventually achieve the end of peace in the world through peaceful means of overwhelming the forces of war. This sets a banner for the early realization of the peace in our country and other developing countries.
