本文通过对WEL-TEN780C钢工艺性的研究,包括对母材焊材进行化学成分、机械性能试验。在进行大量试验的基础上研究了WEL-TEN780C钢母材及焊接接头性能。在此基础上可以初步认为材质为WEL-TEN780C高强钢工艺性满足球罐要求,在生产中只要采取适当的工艺手段来进行控制是可以满足设计要求并保证产品质量的。试验研究及制造工作使国内球罐的研究、设计、制造水平迈上了一个新台阶。投入运用后将产生显著的经济效益和社会效益。
In this paper, WEL-TEN780C steel technology through the study, including the parent metal welding consumables for chemical composition, mechanical properties test. On the basis of a large number of tests, the properties of WEL-TEN780C steel base metal and welded joints were studied. On this basis, the material can be initially considered as WEL-TEN780C high-strength steel technology to meet the spherical tank requirements, as long as the production process as appropriate to control the process to meet the design requirements and to ensure product quality. Experimental research and manufacturing work have pushed the research, design and manufacturing of domes to a new level in China. Put into use will have significant economic and social benefits.
