                                目的:建立林下山参的质量控制标准。方法:采用生药学和薄层色谱法对其进行鉴定,人参皂苷含量测定采用高效液相色谱法,检查其水分、总灰分和重量,有害元素含量测定采用等离子电感耦合质谱法,农药残留量测定采用气相色谱法。结果:对林下山参的药材性状、显微特征进行了描述;对林下山参进行了薄层色谱鉴别;测定了其重量、人参皂苷、水分、总灰分、有害元素、农药残留的含量。结论:较全面的考察了林下山参的各项质量指标,为林下山参的质量控制提供了参考。
Objective: To establish the quality control standard of understory ginseng. Methods: The crude drug was identified by the method of bio-pharmacy and TLC. The content of ginsenosides was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and its moisture, total ash and weight were determined. The content of harmful elements was determined by ICP-MS and the determination of pesticide residues Using gas chromatography. Results: The medicinal properties and microscopic features of Grifola frondosa were described. Thin layer chromatographic identification of Ginseng was carried out. The contents of Ginsenosides, water, total ash, harmful elements and pesticide residues were determined. Conclusion: The comprehensive survey of the understory ginseng quality indicators for ginseng Linxia quality control provides a reference.
