研究了钢在添加稀土氧化物 L a2 O3,于低温 (A1相变点以下 )下进行固体稀土硼共渗的工艺及渗层的组织与性能。探讨了稀土对低温渗硼的催渗作用。结果表明 ,低温稀土硼共渗 ,可使钢件表面获得实用的渗硼硬化层。与单一渗硼相比 ,稀土硼共渗后渗层的硬度、耐蚀性显著提高 ,而脆性明显下降。
The process and the microstructure and properties of the solidified rare earth boron infiltrated by rare earth oxide L a2 O3 at low temperature (below the transformation temperature A1) were studied. The effect of rare earth on the infiltration of boron at low temperature was discussed. The results show that low temperature rare earth boron co-infiltration, steel surface can be obtained by the practical boron hardening layer. Compared with the single boronizing, the hardness and corrosion resistance of the infiltrated layer after rare earth boron co-infiltration were significantly increased, while the brittleness obviously decreased.
