一、问题提出高三复习过程中,教师经常面临着学生“学而不会、会而不对、对而不全、全而不好”的困境,其中“学而不会”现象通常表现为:问题讲过很多遍,学生还是不会;学生做了很多题目,但数学成绩停滞不前.这些困境的产生源自于教师并没有真正了解到学生的学习行为,从而教师的行为与学生的行为之间存在很大的落差.本文基于对学生和教师的行为进行观察,针对“学而不会”现象进行归因分析和思考,并提出一些实践做法,力求改变其现状.
