在实验室试验研究了固体氧和气体氧对高磷铁水预脱硅效果及温降的影响。结果表明,用固体氧脱硅时,渣量大、温降多,硅和锰的氧化速度快,2min已结束反应;用气体氧代替部分固体氧脱硅时,渣量小、温降少,脱硅速度虽缓慢,但不影响最终脱硅效果,脱硅率大于92%;合理的高磷铁水预脱硅工艺应该严格控制固体脱硅剂的用量,用适量的气体氧(w(O)>33%)代替固体氧,并控制较短处理时间(8min左右)。
In laboratory experiments, the effect of solid oxygen and gaseous oxygen on pre-desiliconization and temperature drop of high-phosphorus hot metal was studied.
