集合检测策略能大大降低检测成本,尽早发现HIV窗口期感染者,对遏制HIV快速传播具有非常重要的意义。在我国需要综合考虑各地区的实际情况、需求和现有资源,选择合适的HIV集合检测方法。现对集合检测策略及其最新应用研究进展进行综述,为我国未来HIV集合检测工作发展提供新的思路。
Collective detection strategy can greatly reduce the cost of detection, early detection of HIV window infection, to contain the rapid spread of HIV has a very important significance. In our country, we need to consider the actual conditions, needs and existing resources in all regions and select the appropriate HIV detection method. Now we review the progress of the collection detection strategy and its latest applications, and provide new ideas for the future development of HIV detection in our country.
