作者曾总结发表过所经治皮肤科领域的DIC 或称消耗性凝血障碍的病例。本文补充后来的病例,并在新的临床知识的基础上对过去的病例进行重新探讨。一般临床上所见到的DIC 病例,常为全身性病变,而在皮肤上也出现一些疑似DIC 的异常现象。DIC 的皮肤症状,主要有紫癜、血疤、皮下血肿、注射或外伤等部位出血的出血倾向,尤为重要的是因血栓形成导致的皮肤硬化、坏疽、溃疡和外周性青紫等。这些皮肤症状往往是早期发现DIC 的线索。
The authors have summarized the cases of DIC or consumptive coagulopathy published in the field of dermatology. This article supplements later cases and revisits past cases based on new clinical knowledge. Generally seen in clinical DIC cases, often systemic lesions, but also in the skin there are some suspected DIC abnormalities. DIC skin symptoms, mainly purpura, blood scars, subcutaneous hematoma, bleeding or injection bleeding parts of the tendency to bleeding, especially due to thrombosis caused by skin sclerosis, gangrene, ulcers and peripheral bruising and so on. These skin symptoms are often clues to early detection of DIC.
