中石油联合新疆政府、新疆建设兵团共同开发红山油田,开启了企地兵三方合作的先河,使中石油更好地融入地方,也加快了新疆优势资源转换步伐,助力新疆经济社会发展。9月12日,位于准噶尔盆地西缘的克拉玛依红山油田开采项目正式启动。该项目由中石油集团、新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府、新疆生产建设兵团三方共同合作进行勘探开发。
The joint development of Hongshan Oilfield by PetroChina’s Xinjiang government and the Xinjiang Construction Corps has opened the precedent for the tripartite cooperation between the enterprises and the military and enabled PetroChina to better integrate with the localities. It also accelerated the pace of the conversion of superior resources in Xinjiang and helped Xinjiang’s economic and social development. September 12, located in the western margin of the Junggar Basin Karamay Hongshan oilfield mining project was officially launched. The project by the CNPC, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps tripartite cooperation in exploration and development.
