软腭在饮食和语言功能方面起着重要作用。软腭或硬软腭交界处的肿瘤,手术切除以后常造成软腭缺损。我科自1983年以来,对这部位肿瘤切除后造成不同程度缺损进行修复,现结合文献初步分析如下:
