The Palace of Culture is located in the city of Hagen, and the area was originally a mining site, an open oval space with a diameter of approximately 200 meters and rock walls up to 50 meters. A portion of the rock stays in place and is used as an open-air facility. In addition to the Palace of Culture, the area also built a hotel facility. From an appearance point of view, the two buildings appear to be one whole, one center, and become a better combination of the entire city structure.
