本文通过对凿岩机钎卡精铸用钢的研究,论述了在 ZG20Cr 钢中加钒微合金化及用稀土合金孕育,在保证塑性、韧性性能不下降的情况下,强度性能、特别是属强比 大幅度提高。通过电子探针 X—射线微区分析,证实加钒微合金化可起到固溶强化和沉淀强化作用。同时使铸钢品粒细化1—2级,消除了枝晶偏析和魏氏组织。实验表明,加钒微合金化及用稀土合金孕育的新钢种(ZG20CrVRe)的断裂韧性及小能最多次冲击弯曲抗力均较原钢种(ZG20Cr)有显著提高,铸造性能亦有一定改善。夹杂物分析表明,新钢种中的夹杂物变得细小了,弥散度提高了,分布亦更加均匀。新钢种的碳化物从原来的片状变为粒状。对 ZG20Cr、ZG20CrV、ZG20CrVRe 精铸钎卡与锻造钎卡在唐山吕家坨矿进行工业性试验表明,ZG20CrVRe 精铸钎卡的综合性能已超过锻造钎卡。故认为用 ZG20CrVRe 进行钎卡的精铸生产是适宜的,并有向其他件推广之必要。
In this paper, the research on the drill steel used in drilling drill casting, discussed the vanadium addition in ZG20Cr steel and rare earth alloy inoculation, to ensure that the plasticity, toughness performance does not decline in the case of strength properties, especially the ratio is strong substantial improvement. By electron microprobe X-ray microanalysis confirmed vanadium addition micro-alloying can play the role of solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening. At the same time make the cast steel grain refinement 1-2, eliminating the dendrite segregation and Wei’s organization. The experimental results show that the fracture toughness and the maximum secondary impact resistance of vanadium micro-alloying and new steel (ZG20CrVRe) with rare earth alloy are significantly higher than those of the original steel (ZG20Cr) and the casting performance is also improved. Inclusion analysis showed that inclusions in the new steel became fine, the dispersion increased, the distribution is more uniform. The new type of carbide carbide from the original sheet into granular. The industrial tests on ZG20Cr, ZG20CrV and ZG20CrVRe cast brazing and forging brazing cards in Lujiatuo mine in Tangshan show that the comprehensive performance of ZG20CrVRe cast brazing card has exceeded the forging brazing card. Therefore, ZG20CrVRe brazing card casting production is appropriate, and there is the need to promote other parts.
