根据传统的三波耦合方程 ,分析了基于混频效应的宽带激光倍频小信号解。研究表明 ,在基波各波长间的和、倍频同时满足相位匹配时 ,利用混频效应产生的倍频光的谱函数可以表示为基频谱函数卷积的形式。通过数值计算发现 ,KDP及BBO晶体Ⅰ类相位匹配分别在10 3 3mm和 15 40mm附近满足上述特性
According to the traditional three-wave coupling equation, the broadband laser octave small signal solution based on mixing effect is analyzed. The results show that the spectral functions of frequency-doubling light generated by the mixing effect can be expressed as the form of the convolution of the fundamental spectral functions when the sum and the frequency of the fundamental wave satisfy the phase matching. It is found by numerical calculation that the phase matching of KDP and BBO crystals satisfy the above characteristics at around 10 3 3mm and 15 40mm respectively
