本建筑是汕头经济特区党政各管理部门及部分公司的办公楼,位于龙湖工业区的入口处,特区迎宾路的终点,占地8500平方米,建筑面积13600平方米。主楼10层,另有瞭望层及半地下室。钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构,预制桩,8度抗震设防。85年8月土建竣工。 大楼坐北面南,前面有一个700平方米的喷水池。正面步级宽12米,架空水面通向2.40米标高的门厅。大门雨蓬18米长,伸向前方,
This building is an office building of the party and government administrative departments of Shantou Special Economic Zone and some companies. It is located at the entrance of Longhu Industrial Zone and ends at Yingbin Road of the Special Zone. It covers an area of 8,500 square meters and has a building area of 13,600 square meters. The main building consists of 10 floors, with a viewing floor and a semi-basement. Reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure, prefabricated pile, 8 degree seismic fortification.
