用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中曲尼司特浓度。色谱条件：色谱柱为ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣ＿（１８）柱；乙腈－０．０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾溶液（３０：７０）为流动相；流速为１．２ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ；检测波长３３３ｎｍ。线性范围１—６０μｇ／ｍｌ；最小检出量为０．５μｇ，平均回收率为９１．４％。
Tranilast concentration in plasma was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic conditions: column SpherisorbC_ (18) column; acetonitrile-0.01mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (30:70) as the mobile phase; flow rate of 1.2ml / min; detection wavelength 333nm. The linear range of 1-60μg / ml; the minimum detectable amount of 0.5μg, the average recovery was 91.4%.
