目的分析血清SCC和CRP联合检测在区分上呼吸道感染和肺部鳞状上皮细胞癌患者中的作用,探讨其临床意义。方法取89例上呼吸道感染患者和38例肺部鳞状上皮细胞癌患者血清。采用i2000全自动免疫分析仪测定SCC,P800全自动生化分析仪测定CRP,分析抗炎症治疗前后上呼吸道感染患者和肺部鳞状上皮细胞癌患者SCC水平的变化与炎症指标CRP水平变化的关系。结果经抗炎治疗后,上呼吸道感染患者CRP水平从(54.972±76.340)mg/L降低至(24.388±41.333)mg/L,SCC水平从(8.181±8.452)mg/L降低至(1.611±1.641)mg/L;经抗炎治疗后,肺部鳞状上皮细胞癌患者CRP水平从(55.24±59.409)mg/L降低至(26.24±32.334)mg/L,SCC水平则无明显变化;治疗后上呼吸道感染患者SCC水平显著低于肺部鳞状上皮细胞癌患者。结论上呼吸道感染患者治疗后SCC水平显著下降,表明上呼吸道感染患者SCC水平异常与炎症相关。经抗炎治疗后SCC是否由异常升高降低为正常可能是鉴别上呼吸道感染患者与肺部鳞状上皮细胞癌的有效方法 。
Objective To analyze the role of combined detection of serum SCC and CRP in the differentiation of upper respiratory tract infection and squamous cell carcinoma of the lung and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods Totally 89 patients with upper respiratory tract infection and 38 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung were included. The i2000 automatic immunoassay analyzer was used to measure the level of CRP in patients with upper respiratory tract infection and squamous cell carcinoma of the lung by SCC and P800 automated biochemical analyzer. The relationship between the change of SCC level and the level of inflammatory markers CRP was analyzed. Results After anti-inflammatory treatment, CRP level in upper respiratory tract infection patients decreased from (54.972 ± 76.340) mg / L to (24.388 ± 41.333) mg / L and SCC level decreased from (8.181 ± 8.452) mg / L to (1.611 ± 1.641 ) mg / L. After anti-inflammatory treatment, CRP level in lung squamous cell carcinoma decreased from (55.24 ± 59.409) mg / L to (26.24 ± 32.334) mg / L and SCC level did not change significantly after treatment SCC levels in patients with upper respiratory tract infection were significantly lower than those in squamous cell lung cancer patients. Conclusion The SCC level in patients with upper respiratory tract infection was significantly decreased after treatment, indicating that the SCC level in patients with upper respiratory tract infection is associated with inflammation. After anti-inflammatory treatment of SCC decreased from abnormal increased to normal may be identified in patients with upper respiratory tract infection and lung squamous cell carcinoma is an effective method.
