为了加速实现四个现代化、促进煤炭工业大干快上和提高现有选煤厂的管理水平和技术水平,煤炭工业部委托中国矿业学院举办选煤厂厂长短期学习班。在部的直接领导下和淮北选煤厂的大力支持下,选煤厂厂长短期学习班于1978年10月6日在淮北选煤厂正式开学,并举行开学典礼。煤炭工业部生产司选煤处负责同志到会作了重要指示,中国矿业学院、淮北矿务局和淮北选煤厂的负责同志也都参加了开学典礼,并在会上讲了话。
In order to speed up the realization of the four modernizations, promote the coal industry to go ahead and improve the management and technical level of the existing coal preparation plant, the Ministry of Coal Industry commissioned the China Institute of Mining and Technology to hold a short-term workshop for the coal preparation plant manager. Under the direct leadership of the ministry and the strong support from Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant, the short-term workshop of the plant manager of the coal preparation plant was formally opened at the Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant on October 6, 1978 and the opening ceremony was held. At the coal dressing department of the Production Department of the Ministry of Coal Industry, comrades responsible for the coal preparation department made important instructions. Leaders from China Mining Institute, Huaibei Mining Bureau and Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant also attended the opening ceremony and made speeches at the meeting.
