以“津优35号”黄瓜为试材,采用基质穴盘育苗,研究了穴盘不同打孔方式对黄瓜幼苗生长发育的影响,以期明确侧开孔穴盘的育苗效果和节水效果。结果表明:底开孔处理平均每穴盘浇水总量为14.712kg,侧开孔处理平均每穴盘浇水总量为12.298kg,侧开孔处理比底开孔处理少浇水16.41%。侧开孔穴盘在黄瓜整个育苗阶段的浇水总量少于底开孔穴盘,其节水性显著。侧开孔处理比底开孔处理黄瓜幼苗长势好,表现在株高较高、茎粗较粗、生物量较大,壮苗指数较高,侧开孔处理的黄瓜幼苗壮苗指数为0.0117,比底开孔显著高23.16%,其育苗效果显著。
The effects of hole punching methods on the growth and development of cucumber seedlings were studied with “Maoyuan 35” cucumber as test material and plug seedling raising with matrix. The results showed that the average amount of water per hole was 14.712kg. The average amount of water per hole was 12.298kg in the side-opening treatment, and 16.41% in the side-opening treatment. Side hole tray in the whole cucumber seedling stage of watering less than the total number of open hole tray, its water-saving significantly. The lateral opening treatment showed better growth than the bottom opening treatment of cucumber seedlings, showing higher plant height, thicker stems, larger biomass and stronger seedling index. The strong seedling index of lateral cucumber seedlings was 0.0117, Significantly higher than the bottom hole 23.16%, its nursery effect is significant.
