《大学》一书中的管理哲学思想蕴含在“三纲领”和“八条目”中,“三纲领”揭示了管理的本质,同时也是管理的目标和价值所在;“八条目”则着重阐述了管理的方法和任务。《大学》中丰富的管理哲学思想,对现代管理仍有重要的启示作用。
The philosophy of management contained in “The University” is contained in “Three Programs” and “Eight Entries”, “Three Programs” reveals the essence of management and at the same time is the goal and value of management. Eight entries “focuses on the management methods and tasks. The rich management philosophy in ”University" still plays an important role in enlightenment to modern management.
