刚刚过去的2012年,我们夺取了实施北海三年跨越发展工程的全面胜利。2010年1月,在石化项目、中电北海产业园以及临港产业项目等取得重大突破的基础上,北海市委作出了实施北海三年跨越发展工程的重大决策:一年继续打基础、两年明显见成效、三年实现大跨越,努力把北海基本建设成为区域性国际化的现代产业集聚基地、旅游商贸物流中心、开放合作重要平台和生态宜居文明城市。北海人民经过三年奋力拼搏和积极探索,收获了累累硕果,实现了综合实力大跨越、发展速度大提速、发展质量大提升、经济结构大优化、城市形象大改观、人民生活大改善。
