中药调剂工作是确保临床用药质量，提高药物疗效的重要环节。调剂质量的优劣，直接影响临床疗效，是关系到患者安全用药及提高治疗效果的大事，现将我们在实际工作中的体会介绍如下。1认真分析处方处方是医师根据病因、病机和辨证施治的中医理论为指导，对药物进行选择与配伍。
The adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of ensuring the quality of clinical medication and improving the efficacy of drugs. The quality of the adjustments, which directly affects the clinical efficacy, is a major issue related to the safe administration of drugs and the improvement of therapeutic effects. Now we introduce our experiences in practical work as follows. 1 Careful analysis of prescriptions is based on traditional Chinese medicine theory of etiology, pathogenesis, and syndrome differentiation to select and compose drugs.
