采用β-CD为稳定剂和以I~-为配体,利用Hg对罗丹明6G荧光的熄灭作用,可完成Hg的水相直接测定。方法简便灵敏,线性范围4~40ng/ml,对于0.5μgHg测定10次,其RSD=3.97%,是荧光分析测定Hg的灵敏方法。
Using β-CD as a stabilizer and I ~ - as a ligand, the quenching effect of Hg on rhodamine 6G fluorescence can be used to directly determine the aqueous phase of Hg. The method is simple and sensitive, with a linear range of 4 ~ 40ng / ml, RSD = 3.97% for 0.5μg Hg determination for 10 times, which is a sensitive method for the determination of Hg by fluorescence analysis.
