Japan’s spies also routinely conducted secret investigation in Zhengzhou. From a Japanese perspective, Zhengzhou became China’s Chicago only a matter of time . In the early and middle 1990s, building Zhengzhou into a Chicago or International Trade City has always been an important goal in local development awareness. Tracing its origins, the Japanese because of their broader international perspective, as early as 1920 that Zhengzhou can become China’s Chicago.
