根据总政、总后《关于对卫生技术干部进行考核的通知》精神,加强科技队伍建设,提高医疗技术和防治病的能力,84705部队今年上半年,对部队全体卫生技术干部进行了全面考核。部队各级党委注意加强对考核工作的领导,成立考核领导小组。突出了基础理论和基本诊疗技术的考核,贯彻“做什么考什么”的原则和实际工作能力的考核。通过考核,不仅摸清了卫生技术干部德、智、体全面发展的情况,而且总结了在新时期考核、选拔、培养卫生技术干部的初步经验。
In accordance with the spirit of the General Political Department and the General Administration’s Circular on Assessment of Health Technology Cadres, the company strengthened its scientific and technological contingent and improved its medical technology and ability to prevent and cure diseases. In the first half of this year, the 84705 troops conducted a comprehensive assessment of all health technical cadres. The party committees at all levels of the armed forces paid attention to strengthening the leadership of the assessment work and set up an assessment leading group. It highlights the assessment of basic theory and basic diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, and implements the principle of “what to do” and the evaluation of practical work ability. Through the assessment, not only has the health, technical, and physical development of cadres been fully understood, but also the preliminary experience of evaluating, selecting, and training health and technical cadres in the new period has been summarized.
