梁文纳,籍贯重庆市,1947年生,1967年入伍,1989年转业至辽宁省人民政府工作,先后任省政府调研室调研员、省政府参事处长、省文史研究馆副馆长等职。
Liang Wenna, born in Chongqing Municipality, was born in 1947 and joined the army in 1967. He was re-employed in Liaoning Provincial People’s Government in 1989 and has successively served as a researcher of the provincial government research department, a director of the provincial government counselor, and a deputy director of the Provincial Institute of History and Culture.
