患者,男,28a,因上呼吸道感染以先锋霉素Ⅳ胶囊口服。服药(0.375g)10min,自觉周身发痒,继之腹部出现皮疹,并迅速散布全身。
Patient, male, 28a, was orally administered with cephalosporin IV due to upper respiratory tract infection. Medication (0.375g) 10min, consciously itchy whole body, followed by a rash on the abdomen and quickly spread the body.
