我是苏州专区一个农场的场长,自1952年由部队转业参加农场工作以来,已五年多了。从时间上看这不能算短,应当学到很多农业技术知识和领导生产的一套办法了。但是,检查起来,这几年我的官僚主义、主观主义作风是在一年年的滋长。我已习惯于坐办公室,听技术员、生产队长的汇报,坐在屋子里决定问题,按照地图指导生产的工作方法。由于不了解实际情况,以致去年有250亩小麦被高田积水淹没,给国家造成了不应有的损失,这些都说明不深入领导生产,不顾“下马看花”的坏处。回想起来,这五、六年的时光白白的马虎过去,到现在,还是一个农业生产上的外行。
I am the head of a farm in Suzhou Prefecture. It has been more than five years since I was converted to work in the farm by troops in 1952. From a time point of view this can not be short, should learn a lot of agricultural technology and leadership of a set of measures. However, check it out that in recent years my bureaucracy and subjectivism have grown year after year. I am accustomed to sitting in the office, listening to the reports of the technicians and production captains, sitting in the room to decide the problems, and following the working methods of production on the map. Without understanding the actual situation, 250 mu of wheat was inundated by the stagnant water of Takada last year, causing undue losses to the country. All this shows that it is not going to lead the production in depth despite the dismay of “dismantling and watching flowers”. In retrospect, the past five or six years slipped past, and now it is still a layman in agricultural production.
