高重复频率YAG激光器电源的预控保护

对于高重复频率YAG激光器电源的连通故障,一般的继电保护措施不能满足要求,为此在提高保护开关对故障信号的响应速度上已经进行了很多工作。本文在文献[1]的基础上,提出一种新的预控继电保护方案。电路的特点是革除了中间继电器J,利用双向可控硅对交流接触器CJ直接进行预控制,从而使保护开关的动作时间Δt减小到(其中)。实验结果表明,此电路进一步提高了保护开关的速度,能更好地满足一般中小功率YAG激光器对连通故障的保护要求。 For high repetition frequency YAG laser power supply connectivity problems, the general relay protection measures can not meet the requirements, for which the protection switch to improve the response speed of the fault signal has been a lot of work. Based on the literature [1], this paper presents a new precontrol relay protection scheme.
