在为我国的制造企业以及制造行业中,机床数控化的比例比较低,很多制造企业和制造行业加工装备以及生产装备仍然在对传统机床进行应用,用这样的机床来进行加工,加工出的产品普遍存在着供货期长、成本低、档次低、品种少以及质量差等等问题,并且在国际市场和国内市场都缺少一定的竞争力,直接影响到了企业产品市场的效益,影响到了企业生存以及发展,因此,提升机床数控化迫在眉睫。自从我国实施改革开放至今,很多企业都从国外引进一些技术,对于生产线以及机床设备来实施技术改革,这样的大批量存量的资产,如果能够很好改造就会成为财富,要求人们必须要找到主要技术的难点,对技术的问题进行解决,这样就可以以最小资产来盘活最大存量的资产,正确实现社会效益以及经济效益最大化,因此,机电一体化教育教学已经成为了当前中职院校主要的技术课题。本文中,笔者就对提高中职学校机电一体化教学效率进行探讨。
