新疆油田油气储运分公司彩南增压站目前使用的两台DPC-2804压缩机组,受夏季冷却水温度偏高、冬季级间缓冲罐至仪表盘的引压管道冻堵的影响,造成仪表故障和机组停机。为此,在研究分析机组设计组成的基础上,采取加强仪器仪表的检测更新、添加高效冷却液、加装防冻缓冲罐、强化保温等一系列措施,稳定冷却水温,减少了引压管道冻堵,降低了压缩机的故障停机率,保障了机组的正常运行,在油田往复式压缩机装置中得到了推广应用。
