左束枝半枝阻滞,在临床心电图中较常见,其中左束枝前半枝阻滞较后半枝阻滞为多见。我院从1968年1月至1974年1月的2192例心电图检查中,共发现左束枝前半枝阻滞40例,现初步探讨如下。病例选择与诊断标准本文病例,包括住院患者25例,门诊患者15例。心电图诊断标准为: 1.电轴左偏>-30°; 2.QRS波群不宽或轻度增宽; 3.Ⅰ导联S波很小,或呈qR型;Ⅱ、Ⅲ导联S波深,在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、a∨F、∨_1、∨_2导联
Left bundle branch block, in the clinical ECG is more common, in which the left bundle branch block after the first branch block more common. Our hospital from January 1968 to January 1974 of 2192 cases of electrocardiogram, left bundle branch block were found in 40 cases, are tentatively discussed below.
