健康的生活习惯和有规律的睡眠可使体内的荷尔蒙正常分泌,从而保证生命器官在一个稳定的环境中工作。如果经常熬夜,正常运行规律就会被扰乱,激素的分泌规律也会不同程度受损害,从而危害健康。经常熬夜还会使身体清除体内“自由基”的能力减弱,当“自由基”累积到一定程度时就会损害器官,引起疾病,人也会衰老得比较快。上夜班的人由于体内生物钟常常在改变,往往睡不着,吃不好,觉得浑身无力,精神委靡,这就需要在膳食安排上动一番脑筋,改善饮食质量,保证身体的健康。
